Terms & Conditions
Flavour Garden’s Loyalty and Payment Card is a reward system whereby our members earn points for pounds, receive exclusive offers, treats and special deals for their loyalty. You can also top up your card with money to use at our self serve enomatic wine machines and our unique quick self pay system.
By signing up to become a member you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Once you have registered your details and activated your card online you will automatically be credited with £5 to spend on your next purchase, points will be earned only after this initial credit has been used.

You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. With every £1 spent you’ll earn 1 point. That means once you’ve earned 100 points your card will be credited with £10.
When paying with your loyalty card you will not earn new points, only when paying by cash or bank card will new points be received on your card.
Credit will be only added to your card automatically after every 10 points earned.
Personal information which you are asked to supply in order to join the loyalty and payment card scheme will be used by Flavour Garden as follows: (i) to administer your membership; (ii) to register your card (iii) for marketing purposes.
There will be opportunities to receive occasional email communications alerting you to special offers from Flavour Garden. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by emailing email@example.com.
When redeeming special offers, rewards or discounts, only one loyalty card may be used per table or order.
Birthday treats may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
Should you lose your FG Club membership card please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and membership number (if known) and we will cancel your card (new or damaged cards can be re-issued in store only and may take up to 2 weeks).
Your Flavour Garden Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date. However, we have the right to amend or remove the card from the business at any time. You have the right to cancel your membership of the Flavour Garden Loyalty Card club at any time by e-mailing email@example.com, please note any credit will need to be used before cancellation otherwise this may be lost.
